No Bake Nutella Balls (chocolate truffles)

Here’s a new favourite truffle I added to our Christmas cookie boxes this year. I’ll share with you how to make No Bake Nutella Balls covered in chocolate with a few sprinkles to make them look festive. These were so delicious. I had a hard time not eating all of them myself. You can crush the graham crackers yourself, but I just purchased a box of crumbs. Egg Salad Sandwiches

I love egg salad sandwiches! I especially like them on toast with butter. Somehow the butter makes it even better! Here's how I make my egg salad.

Egg Salad Sandwiches
Makes 2 sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion (the green and white part)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, diced
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients, except for the eggs, in a bowl to make the dressing. Gently mix in the egg. Serve on toast with butter.
  2. You can add sliced tomatoes and lettuce if you like.
Tips:
  • I use one of those egg slicer gadgets. Slice the egg horizontally then carefully turn it and slice it diagonally. It'll be perfectly diced.
  • The egg slicer can be purchased anywhere that sells kitchen gadgets. Here's one from Ikea. Mine is different but I'm pretty sure that's where I bought it.
