No Bake Nutella Balls (chocolate truffles)

Here’s a new favourite truffle I added to our Christmas cookie boxes this year. I’ll share with you how to make No Bake Nutella Balls covered in chocolate with a few sprinkles to make them look festive. These were so delicious. I had a hard time not eating all of them myself. Juicy Chicken Meatballs

This recipe doesn't contain bread and has some veggies in it. The meatballs were super juicy and remained juicy the next day when I microwaved them for lunch. The Montreal chicken seasoning is salty enough so I wouldn't recommend adding any extra salt.

All rolled up and ready to go.

Juicy Chicken Meatballs
Makes 30 meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1lb lean ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1/3 cup minced button mushrooms
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Start rolling meatballs. I got 30 and mine were just smaller than golf balls.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Place meatballs in the pan and press down slightly. They won't go rolling around this way. Cook for about 4 minutes or until golden, then flip and continue to cook another 4 minutes or until cooked through.
