No Bake Nutella Balls (chocolate truffles)

Here’s a new favourite truffle I added to our Christmas cookie boxes this year. I’ll share with you how to make No Bake Nutella Balls covered in chocolate with a few sprinkles to make them look festive. These were so delicious. I had a hard time not eating all of them myself. Easy Cucumber Salad

I needed some kind of salad to go with my lunch tomorrow but I was feeling really lazy. This salad took only minutes to prepare. You can use a mandolin to get the cucumbers really thin, and use fresh dill if you have it. I only had dried today so that's what I used.

Easy Cucumber Salad
Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients
  • 1/2 to 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber (I peeled it)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (I used apple cider)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill (or use 1 tablespoon fresh)
Directions
  1. Mix everything up in a bowl and chill until ready to serve.
