Cauliflower with Breadcrumb Topping Recipe

Here's a recipe my mom makes often.

6 servings

1 head cauliflower, cut up and steamed
1/4 cup butter
1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs

In a nonstick pot, melt butter. Stir in bread crumbs and let cook until they brown a bit, but don't burn them. Sprinkle over hot cauliflower.

Tip: This recipe is also good for other veggies like brussles sprouts and cabbage.
