Tuna on Salad


2 servings

Ingredients
1 can tuna in water, drained
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1 scallion (green onion), finely chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
salt and pepper

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard (or dijon)
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 cups lettuce, chopped
1 tomato, diced


Directions
Mix tuna with celery, scallion, mayonnaise, dill, salt and pepper.

Mix mayo, mustard, honey and lemon juice. Toss lettuce and tomato in honey mustard dressing and top with tuna mixture.
