Baked Apples

Baked Apples
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
  • 2 medium apples
  • 1/4 cup large flake oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Cut the apples in half and remove the core. Cut just a little off the bottom of each apple half to stop it from rolling around.
  3. Combine the other ingredients and divide the mixture among the apples.
  4. Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray and place the apples inside. Pour apple juice in the dish.
  5. Bake the apples for about 20 minutes or until they're tender.
