Baked Apples

Here's a quick dessert idea. These baked apples can be served with vanilla ice cream, just be sure to calculate the points on that!
4 servings(Per serving : 3 PointsPlus / 88 Calories)

2 medium apples
1/4 cup large flake oats
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (or butter)
1/4 cup apple juice
cooking spray

Preheat the oven to 400F.
Cut the apples in half and remove the core with a melon baller or a grapefruit spoon. Cut just a little off the bottom of each apple half to stop it from rolling around.

Combine the other ingredients and divide the mixture among the apples.

Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray and place the apples inside. Pour apple juice in the dish.

Bake the apples for about 20 minutes or until they're tender.

Tools I used to calculate nutritional information/points:
The recipe analysis tool from Spark People and the
Weight Watchers points calculator.
